Choose a plan, pick monthly or annual billing, pay for the plan, and then set up your company. Every legal company keeps its own books, bank enrollments, users, tax profile, and audit history. VaretIQ Payroll and VaretIQ Time are separate products with their own subscriptions.

How VaretIQ charges
These are the parts we are confident enough to state now.
One legal company per subscription
Every legal company has its own isolated subscription, books, bank enrollments, users, payroll, integrations, tax profile, and audit history.
25% off each additional company on Portfolio and above
A verified owner may receive 25% off the base subscription for each additional company on VaretIQ Portfolio, Prestige, or Voutelier, under verified common beneficial ownership. Foundation, Momentum, Elevate, and Signature are not eligible. One Foundation company maximum per verified owner.
Read access is never a seat
Read-only viewers, employee self-service, customer portal, and vendor portal users are not accounting seats.
Your accountant is free from Momentum up
Verified accountant or bookkeeper access does not consume a paid user seat. Foundation cannot invite an accountant or bookkeeper.
The additional-company discount applies only to the base subscription on Portfolio, Prestige, and Voutelier, with verified common beneficial ownership. It does not apply to Foundation, Momentum, Elevate, or Signature, and it never applies to payroll, inventory add-ons, bank enrollment overages, provider charges, or unrelated client companies managed or sponsored by an accountant.

One enrollment is a single financial-institution login and can contain several accounts. Additional enrollments beyond the allowance are $2/month each. Connected-bank availability depends on supported production provider availability and eligibility.

Read-only viewers, employee self-service, customer portal, vendor portal, and verified accountant access do not consume a working-user allowance.

Verified accountant / bookkeeper access
Free and never a paid seat. Access is separately authorized and scoped.
Trial — 60-day trial (monthly term), card required, auto-charges at trial end
Trials apply to direct new self-service signups on the monthly term. A payment card is required to start a trial and is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Customers added by an accountant or bookkeeper do not receive a trial.

Payroll is a standalone VaretIQ product with its own subscription and its own access roles. No accounting plan includes it. Packages: VaretIQ Contractor Pay ($0 base + $3 per contractor paid), VaretIQ Payroll Fondamorce ($39 + $6 per active employee), VaretIQ Payroll Gradigente ($69 + $9), and VaretIQ Payroll Culmora ($109 + $12), all per month.
VaretIQ Time — Sold separately
Time tracking is a standalone VaretIQ product with its own subscription: VaretIQ Time Fondamorce $4, Gradigente $7, and Culmora $10 per active user per month, with no base fee.

- A VaretIQ subscription belongs to one legal company.
- Each additional legal company requires its own separate subscription.
- Locations, departments, properties, projects, and cost centers are never a substitute for a separate legal-company subscription.
- The 25% additional-company discount applies only to base subscriptions on VaretIQ Portfolio, Prestige, and Voutelier, requires verified common beneficial ownership confirmed by VaretIQ, and is not applied automatically at checkout. Foundation, Momentum, Elevate, and Signature are not eligible.
- Accounting firms cannot place unrelated client companies under one owner account to obtain a related-company discount, and discounts do not extend to unrelated client subscriptions.
- Taxes and third-party charges (financial-institution, processor, and provider fees) remain separate.

Connected-bank enrollment and payment acceptance depend on supported production provider availability and eligibility; provider fees apply and some provider capabilities are still pending certification. Consolidated or multi-entity consolidated statements and eliminations are not a current certified VaretIQ capability. Nothing on this page is a binding offer or quotation.
